| 摘 要： | 针对酵母发酵生产谷胱甘肽系统的大滞后、大惯性、强耦合、时变的特点。设计出了一种酵母发酵乙醇浓度的模糊控制系统。该系统采用模糊控制策略,能获得较高的控制精度。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characteristics of large delay,great inertia,strong coupling and time varying in the control system of GSH fermentation,a fuzzy control system of ethanol concentration is put forward.The system adopts fuzzy control tactics,so that a high control precision is obtained. |
