摘    要:受油藏条件和完井方式制约,塔河油田碎屑岩油藏水平井堵水成为制约油藏开发效果提高的重要难题。自2009年以来硅酸盐化学深部堵水试验取得重要突破,与前期堵水工艺相比,该工艺充分利用地层和堵剂选择性进行笼统堵水,不受完井条件制约,对底水具有深部转向作用。累计施工8井次,堵水有效率66.7%,累计增油7359t,具有广阔的研究和应用前景。

Abstract:Because of harsh reservoir condition and complex completion system,it is hard to control bottom water in horizontal well of sandstone reservoir in Tahe oilfield.After 2009,the howling success of field test was achieved by in-depth chemical water shutoff method.The method will not be restraint by well completion,which took fully advantage of selective plugging agent and heterogeneity of reservoir to control water by bull head injection of water plugging agent.Moreover,the method had more bottom water flooding bypass area than the other method performed before,by plugging barrier building in-depth.The preliminary technique system has been made up of silicate selective plugging agent with high tolerance of temperature and salinity,and support process in the operation.In the field pilot test,the method was used in 8 wells,with effective rate of 66.7%,and cumulative oil production increment of 6426t.Thus,it indicates that in-depth chemical water shutoff method has a bright future.
