| 摘 要： | 本文系统阐述了采用i．CS3000分布式控制系统完成的对涪陵卷烟厂烟叶仓库1#、2#库共10台H105空调机组和3#库16台CT40除湿机组及其辅联设备的自动启停控制。1#、2#、3#烟叶库区环境温湿度自动控制。自动采集烟库温度、湿度、烟包包心温度、压缩机压力压差等参数。实现集中监控管理和分布式控制功能。

| Abstract: | This article describes systematically the automatic start-stop control for 10 H105 air-conditioners and 16 CT40 dehu- midifiers in the tobacco leaf warehouse of Fuling Tobacco Factory with the help of Distributed Control System i.CS 3000. Besides, the system is also used to control the environment temperature and humidity in the warehouse Number 1, Number 2 and Number 3. The parameters such as the temperature, the humidity, the inside temperature of leaf packages, the pressure and difference of pressures of compressor can be automatically acquired. And thus, this system realized the functions of centralized monitoring and management and distributed control. |
