不锈钢的磨削加工与电解磨削复合加工比较

摘    要:根据不锈钢的物理力学特性、不锈钢表面的工作特点和不锈钢表面加工特点,比较磨削加工和电解磨削复合加工二者的加工精度、表面粗糙度和生产率。经过理论分析和试验,选择电解磨削复合加工做为加工不锈钢表面的加工方法,生产的不锈钢表面粗糙度达到了产品质量要求。

Abstract:According to the physical characteristic and working features of the stainless steel, the paper compared the respective machining accuracy, surface roughness and production efficiency between grinding machining and electrolytic grinding. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and experiment, the combined electrolytic grinding was selected as the machining process for the stainless steel's surface, the roughness of the stainless steel's surface had met the requirement of the product quality.
