黄铁矿包裹型难浸金精矿的细菌预氧化工艺研究

摘    要:对黄铁矿包裹型难浸金精矿采用驯化诱变菌株,在选定的氧化工艺条件下,可有效地分解载金矿物黄铁矿。黄铁矿、毒砂的氧化率分别达到了71.0%和92.45%,使该金精矿的氰化浸出率从未氧化前的41.34%提高到90%以上,且氧化时间短。该研究结果为同类型的难浸金精矿的开发利用提供了具有实际应用价值的预处理工艺。

Abstract:Making use of tamed and variant ferrobacillus sulfooxidans to oxidize pyrite inclusion type of refractory gold concentrate,the gold-loaded mineral as pyrite and arsenopyrite can be dissociated under the given technological conditions.The oxidizing ratio of pyrite and arsenopyrite reach 71% and 92.45% respectively,thus making the cyanide leaching rate of the gold concentrate raised from 41.34%(before oxidation) to 90% (after oxidation) and saving much time for oxidation compared to conventional bacterial oxidation.
