| 摘 要： | 800 kt/a硫酸装置,风机由汽轮机拖动,由于汽轮机叶片积盐及风机叶片的油泥酸垢,使风机运行中存在风量不够的问题,提出采用冲洗汽轮机及风机除盐垢的方法,解决了风机的风量问题,稳定了硫酸生产.

| Abstract: | In the sulfuric acid plant with 800 kt/a capacity,the fan driven by steam engine provides weaker power and small wind volume,resulting from scaling on fan blade in steam turbine,oil sediments and acid deposit.The countermeasures are adopted,including washing the steam turbine and eliminating the scaling from fan,for resolving the above-mentioned problems and leading to stable production of sulfuric acid. |
