摘    要:应用Y-PZT超细粉成功研制出气流磨用喷嘴,简要介绍了制粉,冷等静压成型等工艺过程。通过耐磨性试验,再次证实了相变增韧ZrO2陶瓷是制造耐磨件的理想材料之一。

Abstract:Successfully produced the nozzle for jet mill by Y- PZT ultrafine power, simply introduced the process of preparation for powers and cold isostatic pressing. The Phase transformation toughened zirconic ceramics are reconfirmed one of better wear-resistan material by wear-resistan test.
