角鲨烷微胶囊在织物护肤整理中的应用

近年来护肤保健整理已成为国际市场织物后整理的一种流行趋势。将自制的护肤整理剂角鲨烷微胶囊用于织物整理，考察了整理方式、黏合剂及整理剂用量、焙烘温度及时间等因素对织物上角鲨烷含量的影响。结果表明，以SCJ939为黏合剂，采用浸渍法整理方式可获得比浸轧法更好的效果。通过正交实验优化的最佳整理工艺参数为： 黏合剂质量浓度为40 g/L，微胶囊整理剂质量浓度50 g/L，焙烘温度100 ℃，焙烘时间3 min。在此工艺条件下，制备的织物上角鲨烷的含量约为1.2%。水洗20次后，织物上角鲨烷的含量仍能保持原有量的30%～40%。

Application of squalane microcapsules on fabrics skin-care finishing
