| 摘 要： | 介绍质量功能配置法(Quality Function Deployment，QFD法)的基本工作原理，并以衣橱为例，论述了QFD法的具体运用过程——收集客户需求；对需求排出优先顺序；工程性能的衡量；完成相关矩阵；实行同行竞争基准评定；获得了设计说明和资源优先顺序。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the main working principles of quality function deployment (QFD)and,taking wardrobe as example,describes the procedures of using QFD,i.e.collecting the infor-mation regarding the demand of customers,listing the order of priority for demand,scaling the manufacturing functions,fulfilling relevant matrix,assessing the performance of competitors and securing the design instructions and the order of priority for use of resources. |
