热泵工况下滚动转子式压缩机试验研究

摘    要:首先对小型全封闭滚动转子式压缩机用于热泵型房间空调器的优越性进行了探讨,给出了热泵工况下压缩机的理想工作温度范围及热泵型空调压缩机气液分离器设计原则,并对依据该原则设计的不同容量样机进行了试验,对试验结果进行了处理分析。结果表明,滚动转子式压缩机能够在恶劣工况下长期安全、可靠、高效地运行,是理想的热泵空调主机。

Abstract:In this paper the superiority of rotary compressor used in heat pump type room air conditioner is discussed The optimum operating temperature range of compressor under heat pump work condition and rules for designing of gas liquid separator attached to such compressor are given A lot of performance tests have been done for prototypes of different capacities designed in this way The result of these tests is treated and analyzed It is shown that rotary compressor can work reliably and safely with high COP in atrocious climate and can be ideal main engine of heat pump type room air conditioners
