| Abstract: | By briefly introducing the principle and technical flow of super-high pressure food processing,this paper is particularly emphasized on the analysis and discussion of the key technical issues of large-scale super-high pressure food processing equipment for mass manufacturing,this issues including the shell structure of super-high pressure,design method,equipment configuration and it's safety.The paper has also provided pertinent technical solutions. |
