| 摘 要： | 公意思想是卢梭社会契约论的逻辑桥梁.卢梭运用公意的概念,构建其脑海中应然的理想王国.卢梭的公意思想对后世产生了重要影响,现代协商民主理论从卢梭那里找到了思想资源.同时,卢梭的公意思想也存在缺陷和不足.故对卢梭公意思想的梳理是认识卢梭政治思想的重要入口.

| Abstract: | The idea of the general will is the logic bridge of Rousseau’s social contract theory.Rousseau uses the general will concept to construct the ideal kingdom in people’s mind.Rousseau’ idea of the general will has important influence on the later ages.The modern deliberative democracy theory has found its ideological resources from Rousseau.Rousseau’s idea of the general will also has its defects and shortcomings.Understanding and analyzing Rousseau’ idea of the general will is an important entrance to understand Rousseau’s political thought. |
