| 摘 要： | 对中心距为１２０ｍｍ，１５０ｍｍ的钢制蜗轮减速器进行试验研究及理论分析，从钢蜗轮摩擦副的润滑条件、蜗轮制造、安装与调整、跑合等的试验分析，对钢蜗轮传动在实际中的应用，减小胶合倾向，提承高载能力提供依据．

| Abstract: | Through the experimental and theoretical researches on the decelerators of steel worm gear with the central distance of 120--150mm,this paper analyses the lubrication conditions of touching area,the influence of the gear manufacturing on the scuffing failure,and the installing,adjusting and grinding test. It provides a reliable reference for the practical application of steel worm gears,the reducing tendency of the scratching and scuffing and improving the bearing capacity. |
