| 摘 要： | 预防灾害是建筑设计行业核心竞争力的重要体现.文章提出包括防火在内的防灾设计是判定建筑设计方案好、坏的重要条件之一,并就建筑火灾发展模式及预期损害度的分析评估,火灾荷载数据库的建立,安全疏散模拟等问题进行了探讨.
