| 摘 要： | 工程项目施工图设计完成后,如果施工中不出现大的变更,工程造价基本确定。因此,施工前的设计、招标方案的确定对工程造价起决定性作用。结合工作实际,就如何在施工前有效控制工程造价,谈了一些观点和想法。
