| 摘 要： | 工程造价管理是企业管理工作中重要的组成部分.只有企业各个部门与工程造价管理部门密切协作配合,才能建立完整的企业运转机制,才能真正实现企业利润最大化.企业只有逐级建立完整的管理体系,才能适应市场经济条件下企业的良性发展.界定了工程造价与工程造价管理的概念,反思了我国工程造价管理存在的问题,提出了工程造价管理的对策.
