基于先进控制技术的DCS的设计与开发

摘    要:本文采用先进控制技术是未经解耦的多变量预测控制的DMC算法,利用C语言开发出DMC控制程序。该控制系统对于实际生产中多变量、耦合的以及无法建立准确数学模型的复杂控制系统,和采用常规的PID控制方案,无法达到良好效果的控制具有良好的稳定性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性。

Abstract:The paper applies the ACP that is the non-decoupling DMC arithmetic technology . A program of the DMC arithmetic by C language is developed in the studies. The control system is fit for the control system which are multi-variable, intense coupling and without accuracy math model. It is difficult to reach expected performances by common PID control ways. But used this control system, the results show that the control system is stability, robust and has a good performance at anti-jamming.
