遗传算法在注塑模具KBE设计中的应用

摘    要:针对注塑模具设计外部约束条件多、结构复杂多变等问题,将KBE技术引进到模具设计系统中,并结合遗传算法简单通用、鲁棒性强、适合并行处理、速度快等特点,构建基于遗传算法的注塑模具KBE系统.阐述了KBE的内涵,研究了遗传算法基本实施过程,构造出KBE设计的基本框架,设计了遗传算法在模具设计过程中的具体工艺,并规划了遗传算法的设计变量、目标函数和处理过程,将有限元分析集成到KBE系统优化工艺中.
