摘    要:针对2K70型轴流式通风机从集流器进口到扩散器出口的内部三维全流场做了定常的数值模拟。该模拟在计算区域采用非结构化网格,选用标准的k-ε湍流模型和压力边界条件。模拟结果揭示了轴流式通风机内部流场的一些基本特征,根据这些特征对该通风机的整体性能做了有较高精度和可靠性的性能预测。预测结果可为内部流动优化提供参考。

Abstract:A numerical simulation of the three-dimensional steady flow field in the whole flow field,from the inlet of the collector to the outlet of the diffuser,a 2K70 axial-flow fan is performed.In the simulation the unstructured grids,the standard k-ε turbulence model and pressure boundary conditions are used.The simulation results show the basic characteristics of the whole flow field inside the axial-flow fan.Based on these characteristics,a performance prediction of good precision and reliability is made for the fan.
