| 摘 要： | 介绍了2种二甲醚生产工艺及其工艺参数。2种工艺的区别不是很大，主要在于甲醇回收和热量回收所用的气化器或气化塔。均温型二甲醚反应器出口温度比绝热冷激型反应器低约50℃，具有副反应少、转化率高、热量消耗低的优点。

| Abstract: | Two dimethyl ether production processes and their operation parameters are presented There is slight difference between the two processes, i.e. gasifier is adopted in one and gasification tower is used in the other. Isotherm dimethyl ether reactor is featured with less side reaction, higher conversion rate and tower heat consumption, the outlet temperature of which is 50 ℃ lower than that of adiabatic quench reactor. |
