湿法磷酸生产中过滤冲盘系统运行评价

结合转台式过滤机在湿法磷酸生产中的应用，从工艺设计、设备运转和工艺运行等3个方面比较分析了过滤冲盘系统存在的问题并提出相应的改进措施，同时评价其运行效果。实践证明：转台式过滤机冲盘系统运行平稳、冲盘效果良好，可实现高产低耗的目标，且滤布使用寿命比翻盘式过滤机长2～3倍。

Evaluation of Operation of Filtration Impingement Pan System in Production of Wet-Process Phosphoric Acid

Based on the use of the rotation desk filter in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid, a comparison is made of process design, equipment operation and process run for analysis of the problems in the filtration impingement pan system, relevant improvement measures are proposed, and an evaluation is made of its operation results. Practice proves that the impingement pan system of the rotation desk filter works smoothly, the impingement pan is very effective, the object of high output and low consumption can be realized, and the service life of the filter cloth is 2 - 3 times longer than that of the tilting pan filter.
