航天粉煤加压气化技术(HT-L)的进展及装置运行情况

摘    要:简要介绍了航天粉煤加压气化技术(HT-L)的主要特点,概述了临泉、濮阳2套示范装置3年来的运行情况及近期300 kt/a甲醇项目、300 kt/a合成氨项目的开车情况以及6.5 MPa粉煤加压气化技术的研发进展情况。与4.0 MPa粉煤气化技术相比,6.5 MPa粉煤加压气化技术的设备投资可减少20%,吨合成氨或甲醇能耗可降低5%左右。

Abstract:The main characteristics are briefly described of Hangtian pulverized coal pressure gasification technology (HT-L) , the operation is summarized of the two demonstration units at Linquan and Puyang for 3 years, the startup of the 300 kt/a methanol project and the 300 kt/a ammonia project in recent years, also the progress in research and development of the 6.5 MPa pulverized coal pressure gasification technology. By comparing the 6.5 MPa pulverized coal pressure gasification technology with the 4.0 MPa pulverized coal gasification technology, it is shown that the equipment investment may decrease by 20%, and the energy consumption per ton of ammonia or methanol decrease by about 5%.
