入世后我国的标准化工作

入世后关税壁垒的作用将逐渐减弱 ,为保护本国企业的利益 ,发达国家依靠自己的技术优势 ,制订了许多苛刻的技术标准 ,制造非关税壁垒即技术壁垒 ,以此限制出口国的产品进入本国市场。加入WTO后国内企业的产品面临着隐形技术壁垒的影响 ,要打破技术壁垒 ,必须认清我国标准化现状 ,务实地加强标准化建设 ,建立健全国际超前性标准。论述加入WTO对我国标准化工作的影响及打破技术壁垒应采取的措施

Standard Work of China After Entering Into WTO

After entering into WTO, action of tariff barrier becomes weaker and weaker gradually. To protect benefit of native corporation, depending on own techonology advantage, developed countries make a lot of rigorous technology normalization and technology barrier instead of tariff barrier. So they can restrict production of export country coming into native market. By entering into WTO, production of enterprise in China is faced with effect of covered technology barrier. In order to break down technology barrier, the present situation of standard must be recognized. Make sure to strengthen standard building and to establish whole international prior normalization.
