摘    要:从红外法定硫的原理、标定方法、空白的产生等方面入手分析了红外法定硫的误差。结果表明,采用纯物质标定仪器可能造成低含量硫的测定结果偏低。不同的试样由于产生不同的燃烧微区环境,产生的粉尘空白难以用空白试验来消除。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the determination error of sulfur in iron and steel by infrared absorption from the aspects of the principle, calibration methods, and the gap generation and so on of infrared statutory sulfur. The results showed that using pure substances instrument calibration might cause the determination result low in lower sulfur content. Because the different test specimen produces different combustion micro area environment, it is difficult to eliminate the generated dust blank by using the blank test
