| 摘 要： | 基于ArcGISServer和．NET平台开发了B／S模式的都安区域资源环境和可持续发展信息共享与应用服务系统（RRESD．ISAS．IS），分析了系统的结构、功能和数据库设计，以及系统实现过程中用到的关键技术及其实现，RRESD．ISAS．IS的开发完成为实现在分布式环境下实现地理数据管理、地理处理、空间分析、编辑、制图和其他GIS功能提供了参考依据，对区域资源环境和可持续发展理论研究也具有重要意义。
