烟气脱硫除尘的设计与研究

摘    要:采用除尘脱硫塔对烟气进行脱硫除尘,吸收用碱液pH控制在8~9,此时S02去除率为90%以上,处理后烟气可以达到《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》GB13271-2001中的Ⅱ时段二类区排放标准。该工艺适合小型烟气处理,能有效地控制二氧化硫烟气对大气的污染。

Design and Research on Gas Desulphurization and Dust Removal

Abstract:Desulphurization and dust removal tower is adopted for gas desulphurization and dust removal, pH value of lye for absorption is controlled in 8~9, removal rate of S02 is more than 90%, the gas after being treated can reach emission standard of II time interval Class-2 area in Emission Standard of A ir Pollutants for Boilers (GB13271-2001), the process is suitable for small-sized gas treatment and can effectively control air pollution issues.
