半自磨加球磨改造方案的研究

摘    要:用四维破磨理论分析了某铜矿碎磨系统存在的问题;指出碎磨能耗极高的根本原因是砾磨机磨矿效果太差;提出:把砾磨机改造为高效半自磨机替代破碎设备;把棒磨机改造为高效节能球磨机,替代棒-砾磨设备。它们的处理能力分别为200 t/h和130 t/h。碎磨用电单耗由目前23kW h/t下降到7kW h/t左右。

Abstract:Based on the 4-dimensional grinding theory,the paper analysed the current problems of the grinding system in the Phoenix Copper Mine.Actually,the basic causes of high energy consumption are the bad effects of gravel grinding machine.So we should change gravel grinding machine into high efficient semiautomatic grinding machine to replace crushing equipment.And change cudgel grinding machine into efficient energy saving ball grinding machine to replace cudgel-gravel grinding equipment.Their Processing capabilities are 200t/h and 130t/h.Per unit electricity consumption will drop from 23kWh/t to 8kWh/t or so.
