基于蓄热式烧嘴的加热炉温度控制系统

摘    要:针对宝日汽车板有限公司2CGL烘烤炉改造中基于蓄热式烧嘴炉温控制的新课题进行了探索。与传统烧嘴不同,蓄热式烧嘴的废气温度与燃气流量是成反比的,针对这个特点,提出了模拟连续控制和离散数字控制相结合的控制策略,从而避免了因燃气流量过低造成废气温度超高的问题,同时也充分利用了原系统的功能,实现了蓄热式烧嘴的炉温稳定控制。
