GC-MS/MS测定乳粉中三聚氰胺测量不确定度的评定

摘    要:利用气相色谱串联离子阱质谱仪的二级质谱技术测定了乳粉中三聚氰胺,并对三聚氰胺测量不确定度的来源进行了分析和量化评定。实验测得:当乳粉中三聚氰胺的含量为0.574mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.087mg/kg(k=2)。同时,实验表明,影响三聚氰胺测量不确定度的主要来源有标准曲线拟合、重复性实验以及回收率实验引入的不确定度。

Abstract:The content of melamine in milk powder was determined by gas chromatography tandem ion trap spectrometry method.The sources of uncertainty of measurement were analyzed.The test indicate:melamine in milk powder was 0.574mg/kg,the expended uncertainty was 0.088mg/kg(k=2),and the uncertainty of measurement for analysis melamine mainly was contributed to fitting standard curve,determination of repeatability and test of recovery。
