摘    要:提出了航空用钛板材总体成形难度评价理论,并基于模糊控制思想给出预测评估方程,建立了预测评估精度等级体系,并应用不同的各向异性屈服准则,对TC1、TC2类钛板材拉深成形屈服和破裂难度建立了总体预测评估方程,结合TC2类钛板材应变目标样本,给出了具体实例的预测结果,对加速我国飞机国产化的进程具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:The theory of total evaluation of difficult system on Ti shape is proposed. The evaluated equation on fuzzy control is introduced, the system of evaluated degree is built. The total evaluated equation on the yield and fracture of drawing shape of TC1. TC2 is showed, using different yield criteria. The special goal specimen of TC2 is combined with the special predict results. The total evaluation method takes an important part in speeding national self-made of plane.
