线接触铣削平面理论粗糙度分析

摘    要:为了分析线接触铣削平面表面粗糙度的影响因素,运用矢量运算方法建立了线接触铣削平面运动学模型;根据刀齿包络原理,对工件表面理论粗糙度几何学形成机理进行了分析,建立了顺、逆铣加工中线接触铣削平面理论粗糙度的计算分析模型,提出了顺、逆铣加工理论粗糙度数值计算方法,并分析了各个加工参数对理论粗糙度的影响.经计算仿真,在同样的加工参数条件下,逆铣加工表面的理论粗糙度值小于顺铣加工表面;刀具半径越小、刀具齿数越少、进给速度越大,表面粗糙度值越大.该计算方法能真实地反映线接触铣削平面中,各参数对理论粗糙度的影响趋势和大小,为加工参数的计算、选择提供了理论依据.

The Research of Theoretical Surface Roughness in Line Contact Milling Plane

Abstract:To analyze the effect of processing parameters to theoretical roughness on machined plane surface with line contact milling,the kinematic model of tool teeth in the process is built based on vector theory.The geometrical formation of surface is studied by kinematic principle,and the simulation of the tool teeth is compared between in up-milling and in down-milling.The analysis and calculation of the model are implemented.Then the effect of main parameters is researched.It is tested by calculation and simulation that theoretical roughness in down-milling is smaller then in up-milling under the same conditions.It is also proved by the same way that the value of roughness is larger if the cutter tooth and the cutter radius are smaller,the feed speed is higher.Compared with other method,this approach is more precise in analyzing the surface quality of plane processed with line contact milling,and presents a more precise reference to choose the process parameters.
