摘    要:讨论了基底在火焰中的位置、合成时间及火焰的稳定性等因素对乙醇催化燃烧法制备的产物的影响。采用乙醇作为碳源和燃料,在不同的制备条件下分别制备样品,并采用扫描电子显微镜、喇曼光谱等对样品进行表征。实验结果表明,基底在火焰中最佳位置为1.0-2.5cm,最佳的合成时间为5-30min,较高的火焰稳定性对于制备直径比较均匀、结构比较单一的碳纳米管和碳纳米纤维是有利的,而且能够提高产物石墨化程度,减少其结构缺陷。

Abstract:The influence of location of substrates in flames, synthesis duration and stability of flames on products synthesized by ethanol catalytic combustion was discussed. Some specimens were prepared at different synthesises by employing ethanol as both carbon source and fuel. The experimental results indicate that the optimal location of substrates in flames is 1. 0-2. 5 cm, the optimal synthesis duration is 5-30 min, and stable flames will help to synthesize carbon nanofibets with single-type morphology and uniform diameter and could improve the graphitization of pro-ducts.
