抽水蓄能电站弃渣场运维现状简析

摘    要:本文首先介绍本次弃渣场现状调查概况,然后统计分析46个弃渣场资料,获得以下认识:目前约有65%的弃渣场由电站自行管理,其余已移交当地政府;约70%弃渣场的护坡、截排水及拦档等设施均处于正常状态;其余30%的弃渣场局部有变形或者损坏或严重损害,或拟申请经费进行相应的治理;应重视筹建期和基建期弃渣场勘测设计和管理标准,在设计时考虑自动监测设施、巡检便道的布设和设计,并预留相应的费用;观测和监测设施尽可能采用先进、可靠的自动化采集设备。上述认识对类似工程具有一定的借鉴作用。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Operation and Maintenance of the Abandoned Dreg Regarding Pumped Storage Projects

Abstract:Firstly,the following article introduces the investigation of the present situation of abandoned dreg sites.According to the analysis of the data collected from 46 abandoned dreg sites,the following results are obtained:at present,about 65%of abandoned dreg sites are managed by the power station itself,and the rest have been transferred to the local government;about 70%of the facilities such as slope protection,drainage interception and blocking of the abandoned dreg sites are in normal and safety condition;the remaining 30%of the abandoned dreg sites are partly deformed or damaged or seriously damaged,or the funds are to be applied for.Relevant treatment should be carried out;attention should be paid to the survey design and management standards of abandoned dreg sites during the preparation period and the capital construction period,and the layout and design of automatic monitoring facilities and inspection sidewalks should be considered in the design,and corresponding expenses should be reserved.The observation and monitoring facilities should adopt advanced and reliable automatic acquisition equipment as far as possible.These results have certain value to similar engineering projects.
