树脂固砂技术在克拉玛依五一区、二区的应用

主要针对克拉玛依油田五一区、二区油水井出砂严重的问题开展调查研究,通过对五一区、二区近年来的防砂工艺的分析,树脂固砂剂能较好地解决油田开发后期高含水、大量出砂油水井的防砂、固砂难题。在五一区、二区20口油井和3口水井中应用树脂固砂剂固砂,工艺成功率100%,有效率52%,固砂施工后油井减产量和注水井减注量均很小,有8口油井增产,有效期最长的达到500 d,投入产值比为1：2.7。同时对于树脂固砂难以解决的地层坍塌和细粉砂防砂,结合实际情况提出了一些建议。

Application of Resin Sand Consolidation in Wuyi and Er Area of Karamay Oilfield

This paper mainly studies the serious sand production problem in Wuyi and Er areas.By means of analyzing the sand prevention of these areas in recent years,it was found that resin sand consolidation can solve the problem of sand prevention and sand consolidation in high water content and great quantity sand production period.When resin sand consolidation was used in 20 oil wells and 3 water wells in Wuyi and Er areas,the technology success rate was 100% and the validity rate was 52%.After the sand consolidation work,the reduction of production in oil wells and of water injection in water wells both reduced.The production of 8 oil wells was increased,and the longest term of validity was as long as 500 days.The input-output ratio was 1:2.7.Some advice is also given on how to solve the problem of layer collapse and silver sand prevention.
