六杆机构运动学仿真的MATLAB实现

摘    要:以RPR-RPP六杆机构为例,研究了MATLAB中基于SimMechanics的机构运动仿真方法,建立了仿真模型,设置各项参数后进行了仿真,并得出了正确的结果。与其它方法相比,最大的优点是无需建立机构运动的数学模型和编制程序,具有系统建模方便直观和仿真功能强大的特点,能大大减轻设计人员的工作,为机械系统的建模仿真提供一个强大而方便的工具。

Abstract:The RPR-RPP six-bar mechanism is taken as an example,the solution of mechanism kinematical simulation based on SimMechanics is studied,simulation model is given,after setting of all simulation parameters,the simulation is carried out,and the correct result is obtained.Compared with the others simulation solutions,the most advantage of SimMechanics is that it needn't do mathematical model of mechanism kinematical and program,it has the powerful advantage of convenient and visual modeling function,powerful simulation function and so on,also it can quite release a designer.It can be a powerful and convenient tool in mechanical system's analysis and simulation.
