火焰原子吸收光谱测定铁样中Pb的干扰分析

摘    要:分析了火焰原子吸收光谱测定铁样中Pb含量时Fe216.995nm谱线对Pb217.0nm谱线测量产生的干扰,指出该干扰是由于两条吸收线的重叠,是光谱干扰的一种。Pb283.3nm谱线对铁有良好的抗干扰能力,是分析铁样中Pb含量的最佳谱线。

Abstract:The interference of Fe 216.995 nm absorption line to Pb 217.0 nm absorption line was analyzed when determining the total Lead content in steel with FLAAS. The interference attributed to the overlap of this two absorption lines, one kind of spectral interference. The Pb 283.3 nm absorption line showed a good anti-interference ability to steel, which was the best absorption line for the determination of total lead content in steel.
