| 摘 要： | 介绍了自行设计的翻板机在UOE焊管生产线上的应用及效果,简述了该设备的工作机理、设备组成、主要技术参数及主要机构设计。实际应用表明,该翻板机在翻板过程中无冲击和噪音,运行平稳可靠,操作方便,可有效防止外观不合格钢板投入焊管生产。

| Abstract: | The application and operation result of the plate turnorer designed by the company itself and located in the UOE pipe welding line are briefed and the working mechanism, constitution, key technical parame-ters and main design of the machine are described. The operation result shows that there are no impact and noise during turning up the plates with the smooth, reliable running and easy-to-operation machine, and that any plate with unqualified outline can be effectively prevented from being put into the pipe welding process. |
