自调匀整并条机实现启停平稳变速的分析

摘    要:为解决并条机启、停过程的自调匀整控制,关键要实现启停机加减速过程的平稳变速。为此,本文提出一种等位移变速点下速度曲线离散化方法,将其运用于并条机加减速过程,并针对出条速度恒定后的成熟匀整算法,将其作用域扩大到启停机全过程。试验结果表明,并条机加减速过程实际速度曲线和要求速度曲线吻合良好、系统运行平稳可靠;从CV%值检测试验发现,5m片断长度的自调匀整段中,匀速段为0.62,变速段为1.28(无自调匀整段为1.93);10m段的CV9/6值分别为0.47,0.97(1.65);25m段的CV%值分别为0.37,0.71(1.39),效果是很明显的。这为并调机实现全程无死区自调匀整控制提出了一种新思路,如果在这个基础上对加减速过程中的匀整算法做进一步的研究,匀整效果改善余地应该更大。

Abstract:To realize the auto-leveling control of draw frame during its start and stop process, a premise to solve this problem is to keep a steady speed change during the accelerating and decelerating process. A velocity dispersion method based on pulse counting is put forward in this essay and the well-used auto-leveling algorithm is expended to the whole process of the draw frame control. The experiment results show that the real velocity curve fits the expect velocity curve well and the machine runs steady. The 5 m CV% value is 0.62 during the proper running process, 1.28 during the accelerating and decelerating processes under control and 1.93 without control, correspondinglg; 10 m CV% values are 0.47, 0.97 and 1.65; 25 m CV% value are 0.37, 0.71 and 1.39, the effectis obvious. This method makes it possible to realize the none-dead-zone auto-leveling control of the draw frame. If more research could be done on the control algorithm, the effect should be better.
