负荷观测器在轧机扭振抑制中的应用

摘    要:扭振是轧机普遍存在的问题,通过对轧机力学模型分析,指出轧钢时咬钢扰动是引起轧机扭振的重要原因。利用外扰负荷观测器将外扰观测出来,补偿到回路中,以此抑制轧机扭振。实验表明采用负荷观测器控制可以减小咬钢引起的动态速降,从而达到抑制外扰引起的轧机扭振。

Abstract:Rolling mill often occur torsional vibration.The paper analyzed the mechanical model of the rolling mill,and pointed out that disturbance is the cause of torsional vibration of the rolling mill.The load observer can observe the disturbance and compensate it,to control the vibration.Application of the load observer can make the speed droop small which is caused by biting,hence can control the torsional vibration.Experiment approved that it was effective.
