钒基固溶体贮氢合金研究现状

摘    要:贮氢合金是MH/Ni电池技术的核心,为了满足镍氢电池作为动力电池的要求,开发低成本、高功率、高稳定性的贮氢合金,近年来人们在进一步提高其电化学性能方面做了大量工作。钒基固溶体贮氢合金是近年来开发的一种新型高性能贮氢材料。介绍了氢钒反应特点和钒基固溶体合金的制备方法,对无电化学活性的基质合金,用元素取代、合成复合合金和多相合金等多种方法,得到一些性能较好的负极材料。并对钒基固溶体贮氢合金的研究及开发现状进行了综述,指出了固溶体合金的研究方向。

Abstract:Hydrogen storage alloy is the key of MH/Ni battery technology. For the demand of Ni/MH batteries as power source and the need to develop hydrogen storage alloys with low cost, high capability and long cycling stability, a lot of work was done to improve the electrochemical properties of the alloys. Vanadiumbased solid solution hydrogen alloy is a kind of the high performance materials developed in recent years. The reaction characteristics of vanadium and hydrogen and the synthesizing methods of vanadium-based solid solution hydrogen material were introduced. Through element substitution, synthesis of composites and multi-phase alloys, the performance of matrix alloys was improved, and negative electrode materials with high characteristics were gotten. The recent advances in development and research of vanadium-based solid solution hydrogen alloys were described. Orientation for the development of solid solution alloys was suggested.
