| 摘 要： | 电弧炉全程石灰石快速炼钢工艺，充分利用了石灰石加热分解的若干物化特性，实现了对传统工艺的变革。成都无缝钢管厂电炉分厂用该工艺生产试验，取得了降低电耗，节省辅料，镁砂，缩短冶炼时间，提高炉龄等良好效果。

| Abstract: | revolutionary change has been brought about to the conventional electric arc furnace steelmak-ing process by applying the fast steelmaking with the limestone used in the full course(namely DQSL process),which takes full advantages of some physical characteristics of the lime stone with reference to the heat decomposition.Satisfactory results have been achieved in lowering the electric power con-sumption,saving the supplementary material and magnesium sand.reducing refining time and ex-tending the campaign life through production tests at thd Electric Arc Plant of Chengdu Seamless Tube Works. |
