SMA丝驱动器恒载电热驱动实验研究

摘    要:针对较粗SMA丝直接电热困难的问题,设计了给SMA丝缠绕漆包线的电热方法。该方法既可以大幅提高SMA丝的电热响应速率,同时由于省去一TSMA丝与驱动器其他部件连接时的绝缘保护措施,简化了结构,提高了驱动器的功重比,强化了SMA丝与驱动器部件的连接强度,提高了驱动器的驱动输出能力。电热升温测试和恒载热循环驱动实验结果表明,该方法是可行的。

Experimental Research of SMA Wire Actuator with Constant Load of Electrical Heating
Abstract:For the difficulty of directly heating problems of thick SMA wire, this paper designs the heating method, winding the enamel insulated wire, for SMA wire. The method not only greatly improves the response speed of SMA wire under electrical heating, but also eliminates the insulation protection when the SMA wire is connected with other parts of the actuator. On the meantime, this heating method simplifies the structure, improves the reactive power weight ratio of the actuator, reinforces the connection strength of actuator components and the SMA wire and improves the output drive capacity of the actuator. The experimental results of the temperature test of electrical heating and the driving test of constant load thermal cycling verifies the validity of this method.
