摘    要::为提高注塑产品开发效率和产品质量 ,本文引入了基于模拟反馈的注塑成型并行设计方法 ,建立起注塑产品设计分析反馈环与注塑模设计分析反馈环 ,有效地集成产品设计、模具设计和数值分析过程。同时采用与神经网络相结合的 CBR模具设计技术和基于 RBR的 CAE分析结果后处理技术 ,构造一个注塑成型设计分析并行系统

Abstract:To improve the design efficiency and product quality for plastic injection process, this paper employs simulation based concurrent engineering means to establish the product design analysis loop and injection mold design analysis loop that can efficiently integrate product design, injection mold design and numerical analysis. Meanwhile, the Case based reasoning technology combined with neural network is introduced to mold design and the Rule based reasoning technology is used to the post processing of CAE data, which result in a concurrent design analysis system for plastic injection products.
