攀枝花含钪钛尾矿分解试验研究

摘    要:对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿电选尾矿进行了硫酸化焙烧、碱熔焙烧、石灰与添加剂配比焙烧试验研究,找到了分解钛尾矿的较佳途径,分别以30%盐酸和60%硫酸浸出碱焙烧渣和石灰烧渣,其最高浸钪率分别为89.8%和67.9%,达到了分解尾矿的目的.

Abstract:Studies were conducted on the electrostatic separation tailings of Panzhihua V-Ti-Sc magnetite. The process includes sulfuric acid or caustic fusion or lime proportional to additive roasting. A fairly good way of completely decomposing Ti tailings was found out, then leaching caustic-fusion-roasted residue by 30% HCl, leaching lime-roasted residue by 60% H2SO4, respectively, their maximum leaching rate of scandium was 89.8% and 67.9%, the purpose of decomposing tailings is reached.
