传统差速器应用于HEV动力耦合的可行性

摘    要:为了给混联式混合动力汽车提供新型的动力耦合装置,同时突破Toyota汽车公司的THS动力耦合系统专利的限制、束缚,通过对传统锥齿轮差速器的结构及工作原理的研究与分析,并与日本Toyota公司Prius混合动力汽车的THS系统中的PSD(动力耦合装置)进行对比研究,得出传统的差速器可以作为混联混合动力汽车的动力耦合装置的可行性,同时,通过仿真对可行性的结论进行了验证。

Abstract:A new type of power-split device(PSD)was provided for the compound coupled hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)to break through the limitation of Toyota hybrid system(THS)patented by Toyota company.The structure and working functions of the traditional level gear differential were studied and analyzed,and compared with the THS in the Prius HEV produced by Toyota company.It was found that it is feasible to apply the traditional differential as the PSD in the compound coupled HEV through modification and development....
