水射流爬壁除锈实验平台的设计与试验

摘    要:爬壁除锈是水射流除锈的重要应用之一。本文研制了以超高压泵机组、真空回收系统为主的水射流爬壁除锈实验平台,并研制了以磁隙吸附为主、气动驱动的磁隙式爬壁除锈机器人,除锈试验表明实验平台除锈参数合理,爬壁机器人除锈效果良好,该实验平台对水射流爬壁除锈成套设备的推广具有参考意义。

Abstract:Wall rust removal is one important application of high pressure waterjet rust removal.The wall rust removal platform is basically consists of ultra high pressure pump and vacuum suction system.A magnetic gap adhesion typed and pneumatic crawler is also designed in this platform.The rust removal tests show that the parameters of platform are reasonable and removal effects are good.It provides a reference for development of wall rust removal complete equipment.
