基于Simulink的精梳机主传动机构建模与仿真

摘    要:针对精梳机的钳板和分离罗拉传动机构,建立运动学模型,并利用Simulink进行了动态仿真,得到各机构的运动特性曲线.通过修改仿真参数可优化机构运动特性,同时为精梳机的多电机分部传动提供了准确的数据来源.该方法具有简洁高效、精度高、速度快等特点.

Abstract:Dynamical performances of transmission mechanisms of the nipper and the detaching roller on a comber were analyzed, and the mathematical models were built up. Based on the models, the dynamical performances were simulated with Simulink software. The characteristic curves of displacement, velocity and acceleration were presented. The transmission mechanisms were optimized by modifying simulation parameters. Featured with advantages of simplicity, accuacy and efficiency, this method provides useful data for the design of a multi-motor comber driving system.
