Proton-exchanged optical waveguides in Y-cut lithium niobate |

| Abstract: | The fabrication of proton exchanged monomode optical waveguides on Y-cut lithium niobate is reported. Molten benzoic acid is used, but damage of the crystal surface is avoided. |
