摩托车平顺性的仿真研究

摘    要:简要介绍应用ADAMS/view建立摩托车的多刚体模型,并对其进行动力学仿真,得出垂向振动加速度。对垂向振动加速度进行数据处理,得到垂向振动加速度的自功率谱密度函数,并参考汽车的平顺性评价指标,利用加速度加权均方根值为评价指标,对摩托车的平顺性进行评价研究。结果表明,ADAMS软件可以应用在摩托车的开发阶段,对摩托车的平顺性进行分析预测。

Abstract:The multi-body dynamic model of motorcycle are developed by using ADAMS/View. Based on dynamic simulation, the curves of vertical vibration acceleration are plotted. PSD (power spectral density) of acceleration of vertical vibration is obtained by doing with the results of analysis. At the same time, the ride comfort of motorcycle is evaluated by using the same evaluating quantity as automobile. The computational results indicate that ADAMS software can analysis and predict the ride comfort of motorcycle in product design.
