光纤氢气传感技术的研究进展

摘    要:分析了光纤氢传感器在氢气浓度探测中显现的特殊优势,综述了目前国内外光纤氢传感技术发展的现状与应用,简述了光纤氢气传感器的工作原理,分别介绍了干涉型光纤氢传感器、微透镜型光纤氢传感器、布拉格光栅型光纤氢传感器、标准具型光纤氢气传感器以及渐逝场型光纤氢传感器的结构、检测原理及性能,展望了光纤氢传感器的广阔应用前景。

Abstract:The specific advantage of optical fiber hydrogen sensors in detecting hydrogen concentration is analyzed. Development status and application of optical fiber hydrogen seusom are broadly discussed. The operating principle of sensor is described briefly, and the structttres, detecting principles and capabilities of several typical optical fiber sensors based on interference, microleuses, Bragg grating, etalon and evanescent field, respectively, are introduced. The broad application prospects of optical fiber hydrogen seusom are predicted.
